Spring time has hit Scandinavia and I'm planting new seeds! In my garden & in my head! - Spinach, beetroots & thyme. New, fresh thoughts, words to see what kind of thought streams will bloom in time.
Are you aware about what you think during the day? Are there positive thoughts, criticizing or belittling ones? Are you cheering yourself onward, whispering encouraging, flattering words in your ear?
The first step is definitely awareness. Take a break some times during the day and value the thoughts going on. Then, make a conscious decision: Do I WANT to think like this or not?
