MINDFUL DRUMMING GLOBAL is a monthly gathering, lesson, and meditation space designed for frame drummers of all levels. The sessions are led by me, Maria, and structured upon the five steps of Mindful Drumming, a concept I’ve embraced since its inception in 2010, both as a teacher and a musician.

During our sessions, we meditate, play, and connect. I lead a brief meditation and warm-up, then teach a short phrase. Each session culminates in a Q&A, allowing you to ask me questions about drumming.

🎯 In Mindful Drumming, we consider all aspects of drumming: the mental, physical, emotional, technical, and spiritual dimensions. Our profound connection aims not only to play but also to live lightly.
