Mindful Focus November
Hi,
How are you? It's Sweet November and the month of the year I dread the most. Every day it gets darker and colder, and my body doesn't agree.
But, here enters the Mindful Focus: LOVE. We can't change a thing about the season, so what about loving what we have, loving what is?
This month I will LOVE the small, beautiful moments, the taste of the first sip of coffee in the morning, a sun ray that shines from behind the heavy clouds.
I will (try to) love myself, the sounds around me, and the touches I relish.
I will love my warm coat, my path, my friends, and my family with the trust that -
This November will pass too.
As always, interpret the Mindful Focus as you like. Big or small. Think of it every day of the month or just today; anyhow, you can plant the intention of loving and keep that with you as a temporary brain tattoo.
