Autumn update

Autumn is always a busy season for me. I'm teaching the drum line I lead in Oslo—a very special group of nurses who truly rock and, above all, are amazing people. I'm also in my busiest period teaching percussion and relation & communication at the Norwegian Academy of Music.

That said, I've been feeling restless. Autumn isn't my favorite time of year. The colder weather gets into my bones, and some days I feel almost paralyzed by it.

So I've decided to make a change. I'm opening up more space in my schedule for private teaching and, for the first time in years, creative coaching. Coaching is something I naturally do and love. As an artist who has worked independently for many years, I understand the creative journey—the challenges, breakthroughs, and everything in between. Whether you write, play, dance, or paint, I know the process.
